I provide massage therapy to physically relax the body, loosen tight muscles, stretch connective tissues, relieve cramps and muscle spasms, relieve tired and aching muscles, reduce tension headaches and reduce anxiety.
I offer massage therapy Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Sessions are from one hour to an hour and a half.
